Team Members

Matt has been editing since he got his first computer back in high school. Now, he has edited hundreds of hours for TV, many commercials for top brands and celebrities, and countless promo spots and sizzle reels. He is always scouring for the latest software and technology to help Agency X to be the most creative and efficient as they can be. When he is not in front of a computer, he is either cooking a gourmet meal with his wife or golfing.

Rachel is an Orange County native with a passion for plants, animals, and the environment. She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and founded both a landscape company and a mobile veterinary practice while in her twenties. She's the ultimate cheerleader of Agency X and truly thrives on projects that allow her to use both her analytical as well as creative skills. Rachel lives in Huntington Beach with her young son and many pets.

From editing and producing commercials to producing feature films, Tom has seen it all. With 23 years in the industry, Tom is a true creative and lives to tell compelling stories. When Tom actually gets a day off, he will fly to some exotic location to go surfing.

Jun graduated from San Francisco State University in 2021 with a BA in Photojournalism and minor in Geography. He started editing for Agency X in September of 2021 and has worked on all of their projects since then. He also has a deep background in photography with about 10 years of experience and currently shoots weddings in both photo and video on the side.

David graduated Long Beach State with a degree in Film & Television Production, David, affectionately known as Daveed, began work as an editor for the eccentric billionaire Alki David, where he edited full-length TV shows, and promos. Since then, David has 10 years of editing experience, working on branded content for Nike, Neff, Air Jordan, Volkswagen, and Xponential Fitness to name a few. He’s most in his element when he’s editing Short Docs and Comedy. He’s been a model for Electra Bicycle company in 3 different catalogs and doesn’t even know how to ride a bike. (Just don’t mention it to him, he hates that.)

Sean studied film at USC and quickly moved into the post-production world after college. He is eager to learn any new editing technique and is continually challenging himself to gain new perspectives in creative editing and motion graphics.
